your LifeGem

Ordering your very own LifeGem^® diamond, either from a lock of hair, or the ashes of your loved one, is a simple three step process.

1. Print and complete this order form. If you have any questions, please call us and we'll be happy to walk you through the ordering process. You can also order online 24 hours a day.

2. Package your order as stated in the order form, or call us at 866-543-3436 to request your free shipping kit. This kit has everything you need to securely return your order to us by Registered US Mail.

3. Take your package to your nearest US Post office.

That's all there is to it! This shipping guide video will help you every step of the way. If you would like, you can arrange a visit to our office. We also offer a personal visit to your home for order pick up if you do not feel comfortable mailing in your order.

Once we've received your order, we will confirm your details and issue your unique LifeGem ID via email and US Mail. Our advanced tracking system will keep you updated throughout the entire process. You can also login anytime to check your order status, update your personal information, write and post a tribute of your loved one's unique life, and more.

I first heard of making a diamond out of someone’s ashes from a TV series about the life and work of an undertaker in the east end of London. I remembered this when trying to decide what to do with my husband’s ashes and after making some enquiries, I found out about LifeGem.

When my LifeGem arrived, I had a mixture of emotions. It was beautiful, and it was part of him. I had it made into a simple pendant, and it gives me comfort when I wear it.

Although I have my memories, it is lovely to have something tangible, and now I feel able to scatter the rest of his ashes in his favourite place, which is what he wanted.
